Bobby was born and raised in Asheville, NC and graduated from North Carolina State University in 2015 where he met his now-wife, Annie. In 2020, Bobby graduated from Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte with a Masters of Divinity. Bobby and Annie now have two little girls and love being here in Johnson City.
Daniel was raised in Hixson, TN and attended Hixson High School in the greater Chattanooga area. Kelly is a Johnson City native and a graduate of East Tennessee State University. She has served as Director of the Early Learning Program since 2022. Kelly and her husband, Doug, are the parents of three boys.
Born in Miami, Florida, David has served churches as music director in Florida, Texas, Kentucky and Tennessee . He holds a BM in Music Education from Carson-Newman College, MCM from Southwestern Theological Seminary and MM from Eastern Kentucky University. In addition to serving churches he has served as Chairman of the Music Department at Clear Creek Baptist College and served on the music faculties of Eastern Kentucky University, Tusculum College and East Tennessee State University.
David and his wife Becky enjoy traveling and have visited all seven continents. They live in Elizabethton and have one son Doug who lives with his family in Scottsboro, Alabama.
David joined the staff of Westminster Presbyterian Church as pianist during the summer of 2020. He is also an Assistant Professor of Music at Milligan University teaching piano and music theory. Previously, he served as pianist for Cornerstone Presbyterian Church in Tallahassee, FL for six years. His academic credentials include Doctor of Music and Master of Music degrees in piano performance as well as completion of the Graduate Specialized Studies Program in Pedagogy of Music Theory at Florida State University. He completed his undergraduate studies in his home state of South Carolina earning a Bachelor of Music degree in piano performance at the University of South Carolina.
Sherrill Gibson has extensive experience as a Music Director and organist, serving churches in Tennessee, West Virginia, Indiana, Kentucky, and Florida. Julie is a lifelong resident of Johnson City, TN. She attended East Tennessee State University majoring in Accounting and worked for twenty years in financials before joining the staff at Westminster in 2010.
She married her childhood sweetheart Bob in April 1990. Bob volunteered in Children’s Ministry until 2015 and is currently employed as a computer programmer at Ballad Health. Together they have been blessed to raise a nephew, take care of family, and shelter numerous rescue animals.
